Project

For this flip house project, we executed a thorough renovation of both the interior and exterior. To enhance the flow and create a modern, open-concept living space, we removed a wall between the living room and kitchen. Furthermore, we transformed an unpermitted, unfinished space at the rear of the house into a master bathroom, successfully converting the property into a three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence.
